That having had due regard to the
integrated impact assessment the objections are overruled in full
to the Proposed Traffic Calming – B4287 Cimla Road/Afan
Valley Road – Cimla Crescent Junction, Cimla Roundabout &
Pine Grove Junction (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated
report).

The scheme is necessary to increase
the highway safety for all users and promote Active
Travel.

 

Implementation of
Decision:

 

That the decision be implemented
after the three-day call-in period.
