Members noted a slight discrepancy
within the report, and agreed to reword Resolution 3 as
follows:

 

That the precept to be levied for
2026/27 be agreed as follows:

- Neath Port Talbot County Borough
Council - £552

- Bridgend County Borough Council
- £448

 

(As opposed to Neath Port Talbot
County Borough Council - £553 and Bridgend County Borough
Council - £447 as originally included in the
report.) 

 

RESOLVED:

 

1.            That
the Revised Budget 2025/26 be agreed (including the refund of
£100,000 to the constituent authorities).

 

2.              That
the Budget for 2026/27 be agreed.

 

3.              That the precept to be levied for 2026/27 be
agreed as follows:

-                      Neath
Port Talbot County Borough Council - £552

-                      Bridgend County Borough Council -
£448

 

4.              That
the fees and charges (as detailed at Appendix 2 to the circulated
report) be agreed for 2026/27, on the basis of a 5%
increase.

 

5.              That
the projected position in relation to the Reserves be
noted.
