1.
That the Trustees of Ynysmaerdy
Bowls Association be granted £230 per annum (the equivalent
of c95% of the new rent) in relation to the Lease of the Bowling
Green at Ynysmaerdy Road Briton Ferry, with the Club to pay the
remainder of the rent.
2.
That Dyffryn Clydach Community
Council be granted £443 per annum (the equivalent of c95% of
the new rent) in relation to the Lease of Coed Bach Woodlands
Longford Neath, with the Club to pay the remainder of the
rent.
3.
That Dyffryn Clydach Community
Council be granted £165 per annum (the equivalent of c95% of
the new rent) in relation to the Lease of the Playing Field
adjoining Coed Bach Woodlands, Longford Neath, with the Club to pay
the remainder of the rent.
4.
That
Dyffryn Clydach Community Council be granted £443 per annum
(the equivalent of c95% of the new rent) in relation to the Lease
of the Playing Field situated on the southern side of The Drive,
Longford, Neath, known as Longford Playing Fields, with the Club to
pay the remainder of the rent.
5.
That the
Trustees of Neath Community Tennis Courts Limited be granted
£680 per annum (the equivalent of c95% of the new rent) in
relation to the in relation to the Lease of the Tennis Courts at
Dyfed Road Neath, with the Club to pay the remainder of the
rent.
6.
That Bryn Residents Action Group be
granted £345 per annum (the equivalent of c95% of the new
rent) in relation to the Lease of the former Tennis Courts at Bryn
Recreation Ground, Bryn, Port Talbot, with the Club to pay the
remainder of the rent.
