 That Application No.
P2025/0314 – Proposed demolition of existing comprehensive
school and loss of existing sports fields, construction of new
comprehensive school, modified car parking arrangement, inclusion
of sports pitches and multi-use games areas, lighting, landscaping
and associated infrastructure works, at Llangatwg Comprehensive
School, Main Road, Cadoxton, SA10 8DB be APPROVED, subject to the conditions, as detailed within
the circulated report.
