That having had due regard to the
Integrated Impact Screening assessment, and the details set out in
this report:
A.
Option 1, Upper Afan Valley (as
detailed within the circulated report) be submitted to UK
Government as the preferred geographic area within Neath Port
Talbot to receive the Pride in Place Programme ten-year funding
investment of up to £20 million.
B.
Delegated authority be granted to
the Director of Environment and Regeneration in consultation with
the Leader and Relevant Cabinet Member, to submit the Neighbourhood
Selection Proforma to UK Government based on the preferred
area.
C.
Delegated authority be granted to
the Director of Environment and Regeneration, in consultation with
the Director of Finance, the Leader, and relevant Cabinet
Member(s), to enter into any applicable funding or associated
agreements with the UK Government for the Pride in Place
Programme.
