Decision:

That having due regard to the
Integrated Impact Screening Assessment that a public path Diversion
Order is made pursuant to Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 in
respect of the route shown A-B-C D-E to A-F-G-E shown on plan no.1
and that if no objections are received then to confirm the order as
made. 

Reason for
Decision:

To divert the footpath for the
reasons set out in the report.

Implementation of
Decision:

That the decision be implemented
after the three-day call-in period.
