Decision:

 

That having had due regard to the
integrated impact assessment, delegated authority be granted to the
Head of Adult Services in consultation with the Head of Property
and Regeneration, to enter into negotiations with Neurological
Rehab Wales CIC (NRW), to agree terms and conditions for the grant
of a lease of the building (Trem Y Glyn) and subsequently enter
into any documentation necessary to document the
arrangement.

 

Reason
for Decision:

 

To obtain the necessary authorities
to progress the opportunity to secure a complimentary service use
for the premises.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

The decision will be implemented
after the three day call in period.
