had due regard to the integrated impact assessment:

That the objection be overruled to the Traffic Calming Measures at
B4434 Tonna Uchaf – Mini
Roundabout, Heol Caredig
Junction and Pen Y Bryn Junction Order 2023 (as detailed in Appendix A, B and C
to the circulated report) that the scheme be implemented as advertised.

That the objector be informed of the decision accordingly.
