Following a request for a Site Visit, and a subsequent vote of approval on the Site Visit from the Planning Committee, this item was withdrawn from consideration at today’s meeting.

RESOLVED: That Application No: P2025/0825 (three-storey rear extension, external staircase and associated external alterations to fenestration to facilitate the retention of Ground Floor Offices and Conversion of Upper Floors to Emergency refuge Accommodation, at 41 New Road, Skewen, Neath) be withdrawn from consideration at today’s meeting, until a Site Visit has taken place.
