That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are upheld in full to the (Grange Street, Port Talbot) (Residents Parking) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is withdrawn.

Reason for Decision:

The order is required to balance the parking issues between the general public and residents.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
