Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment approval is given to Traffic Section Officers, for schemes contained within the following, to be advertised in accordance with the statutory requirements: Active Travel Programme 2026 2027 (as detailed in Appendix B to the circulated report) Learner Travel Wales road safety programme 2026-2027 (as detailed in Appendix C to the circulated report) Welsh Government 20 mph Default Speed Limit national rollout Programme 2026-2027 (as detailed in Appendix D to the circulated report) Welsh Government Capital Safe Routes in Communities Prorgamme 2026-2027 (as detailed in Appendix E to the circulated report) Welsh Government Capital Road Safety Grant 2026-2027 (as detailed in Appendix F to the circulated report). That the schemes be implemented in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements contained within the current Road Traffic Regulations, subject to there being no objections received. In the event of any objections being received in respect of any schemes, these will be reported back to Cabinet for a decision.

Reason for Decision:

The report is necessary to obtain members approval to advertise traffic regulation orders that are related to Welsh Government grant funded schemes for the financial year 2026-2027.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
