Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objection is overruled in full to the (Neath Road, Rhos - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
