Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objection is overruled in full to the (Heol Cae Gurwen and Gron Road, Gwaun Cae Gurwen, Revocations and Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) Order 2025 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
