Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are overruled in full to the (Ffordd Amazon, Crymlyn Burrows) (No Vehicles Except For Access to Off Street Premises) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to prevent motor racing on the highway in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
