Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are upheld in full Cimla Road and Westernmoor Road, Neath – Revocation, Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading At Any Time and Limited Waiting Order 2025 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is abandoned at this point in time.

Reason for Decision:

To consider the correspondence received to the proposed traffic regulation orders. 

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
