Decision:

Having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are overruled in full and that the proposed scheme (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety, to balance the parking issues between the general public and residents, and to encourage the use of the pay and display car park as opposed to parking on the classified road.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
