Decision:

Having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are overruled in full to the (Pen Yr Alley Avenue and Old Road, Skewen) (Revocation) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading At Any Time) and (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) – Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The order is considered necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
