Having had due regard to the first-stage Integrated Impact Assessment, and the views of the Visible Services and Streetscene Scrutiny Committee, the following Option be agreed:

Option 1 – Increase Flat-Rate Charge:

To approve an increase in the existing flat-rate bulky waste collection charge from £29.50 to £39.50 for up to seven items, with delegated authority granted to the Head of Streetcare, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Streetscene, to implement the revised charge from 1st November 2026.
