That the draft annual report and financial statements for the year ended
31st March 2024, be approved.

 

2.          
That the draft annual report and financial statements be submitted to
the Wales Audit Office for independent examination, be agreed.

 

3.          
That the submission of the accounts to the Charity Commission, should no
material changes be identified by Wales Audit Office, be approved.
