The Housing and Communities Overview and Scrutiny Panel examines and reviews services related to housing, including estate management, maintenance, compliance, options, rents, support, private sector housing, and housing strategy and development. It also scrutinises environmental and regulation services, encompassing licensing, health and wellbeing, and arts and culture. Furthermore, this panel acts as the Crime and Disorder Scrutiny Committee, with the ability to include representatives from the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership when reviewing partnership matters.
