Purpose

To launch a new policy framework aimed at
preventing and tackling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) in the
Council’s housing stock.

Decision

On 10 February 2025, Cllr Steve Davies, the
Portfolio Holder for Housing and Homelessness made the following
decision:

1. That the proposed ASB Policy is approved;

2. That the proposed Good Neighbourhood Policy is approved;

3. That the proposed Hate Crime Policy is approved; and

4. That the Strategic Director for Housing and Communities have
delegated authority to make amendments to the above Policies in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing and
Homelessness.

Any member of the Council, who is not a Portfolio Holder, who
considers that this decision should be reviewed should give notice
using the call-in facility at the top of this page on the
Council’s intranet / extranet site. Alternatively, notice can
be given to the Monitoring Officer (Tanya Coulter) (in writing or
by e-mail) to be received ON OR BY 5.15 pm on 18 February
2025.
