Purpose

Following the arising of vacancies,
appointments to the following Outside Bodies are proposed in this
report:-

• Forest Arts Consultative Forum
• Road Safety Council – Central Hampshire Area
• Wessex Water Southern Customer Liaison Panel

Decision

On 13 November 2024, Cllr Jill Cleary, Leader
made the following decision:

That the appointments to Outside Bodies identified at paragraph 6
(a) to (c) of the report, be approved for the remainder of the four
year term 2023-2027.

Any member of the Council, who is not a Portfolio Holder, who
considers that this decision should be reviewed should give notice
using the call-in facility at the top of this page on the
Council’s intranet / extranet site.

Alternatively, notice can be given to the Monitoring Officer (Tanya
Coulter) (in writing or by e-mail) to be received ON OR BY 5.15 pm
on 20 November 2024.
