4.5 tonne) pickup vehicles utilising the TPPL procurement

Approves the procurement of ride on mowers through a mini
competition process utilising the ESPO procurement framework.

That our Streetscene and
two MMF 3.5 tonne pickups, are replaced by
electrically driven vehicles.
