(i)              
That it be agreed to contract with Staffordshire
County Council to provide a full and resilient communications
service to Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council;

 

(ii)            
That the Service Director – Strategy, People
and Performance, in consultation with the portfolio holder for One
Council, People and Partnerships, be authorised to finalise the
service specification and associated contractual arrangements to
give effect to this decision.
