That the progress on the project to deliver Football
Changing
facilities
at the Wammy be noted.

(ii)      
That Council funding and external grant funding as
set out in the report be used to fund the development of the
changing facilities.
(iii)     
 That Council enters into a contract
with Dawn Building and Groundworks
as the most economically advantageous tenderer to
construct football Changing Facilities at the Wammy.
