Amendment to the 2024 order to enable the
following changes:
- Removal of the ‘all day’ allowance at the Tarka car
park,
- The introduction of 1 hr, 2 hr and 3hr stays at the Seven
Brethren Long Stay car park at the following fee: 60p, £1.20p
and £1.80p; in addition to the current £2.50 all day
charge element.

Amendment to the 2025 Order (to be included in the consultation
– going live on the 29/01/25):
- Removal of the ‘all day’ allowance at the Tarka car
park,
- The introduction of 1 hr, 2 hr and 3hr stays at the Seven
Brethren Long Stay car park at the following fee: 60p, £1.20p
and £1.80p; in addition to the proposed £2.50 all day
charge element.
- Changes to Lynton and Lynmouth Town Council – Upper Valley
of Rocks and Valley Rocks to increase as per amended table as seen
in attached report (all £1.40 per hour).
