To waive the request for waiver and award the
contract to Encompass South West in relation to Housing First
Accommodation Support

Reasons for the decision

Permission to set aside the requirements of
the Contract Procedure Rules to continue to procure Housing First
support at the cost of £20,000 per year. Full costs for this
service are met via MHCLG funding.

Alternative options considered

I can confirm that I have sought all relevant
procurement advice and consider that it is appropriate that this
requirement be waived for the following reason:

obtained from more than one supplier
