To waive the request for waiver and award the
contract toM5 Security and Facilities Management in relation to
Welfare Security Outreach and In-Reach

Reasons for the decision

Permission to set aside the requirements of
the Contract Procedure Rules to continue to procure a full-time
Welfare Security Officer via M5 Security and Facilities Management
at the cost of £37,000 in year one and £39,000 in year
two. Full costs for this service are et via MHCLG
funding.

Alternative options considered

I can confirm that I have sought all relevant
procurement advice and consider that it is appropriate that this
requirement be waived for the following reason:
