To provide project management services for the proposed PV solar array at Brynsworthy Environmental Centre
• Developing a programme and maintaining the programme monthly
• An initial meeting on site to better understand the project scope
• Monthly team meetings via TEAMS and minutes
• Developing an initial risk register/
• Early Warning Register and updating it monthly
• Overviewing the preparation of the tender documents Reviewing the quality aspect of tender returns
• Acting as Contract Administrator or NEC Project Manager
• Issuing monthly payment Certificates and Certificate of Practical Completion
• Attending a monthly contractor progress meeting on site in person.
• Chairing the meeting and issuing minutes.
• Maintaining a schedule of defects, post completion
• A final site inspection
• Issuing the final payment Certificate

Alternative options considered

The contractor providing quote 3 was asked if there was a particular reason why the quote was low and provided an email response. The response was not considered to be definitive enough to warrant accepting the lowest quote.
