RESOLVED that:
 

(1)      the adoption of the
Strategic Asset Management Plan, as set out in Appendix 1 to the
report, be approved.

(2)      delegated authority be
given to the Assistant Director of Property, Estates and Assets, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Growth and Assets, to
periodically review and approve completion dates and actions in the
action plan, to ensure timely delivery of actions, taking into account resource
availability.
