To enter into a contract with Civica
financials for a further five years from 31 July 2025. The contract
has been phased as 3 + 1 +1 to take account of potential impact of
LGR.

Reasons for the decision

Following a compliant procurement process a
five year contract has been awarded to Civica. The cost of the
contract is £265k.

To comply with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules the
contract needs to be signed by an authorised signatory and
sealed.

Alternative options considered

A complaint procurement process was
followed.
