To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for Church Street,
Ashover on Monday 5th May 2025 8am to 7pm with part of Milken Road,
Ashover on 5th May 2025 from 8am to 5pm.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the All Saints Church Committee to
hold a May Day event.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
