To implement Establishment redesign as per the
attached supporting brief. Redesign is within existing
resources.

Reasons for the decision

Exempt under paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule
12A Local Government Act 1972.

Alternative options considered

Other options for the structure have been
explored but these options are the most effective and will enable
the property Estates & Assets Team to improve the service
delivered.
