To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. The direct roads to
be closed are; Church Lane and Higham Lane, Morton on Saturday 18th
November 2023 from 12noon till 10pm.

Reasons for the decision

To enable Morton Parish Council to hold a
Christmas Market safely

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
