To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for the B6051 -
Millcross Lane, Barlow, on 16th August 2023 from 6:30-8pm, so they
can hold a Parade as part of their annual Carnival.

Reasons for the decision

To enable St Lawrence Church to hold a Parade
for a ‘Well Blessing’ ceremony.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
