To establish a four-year fixed term
Organisation Development Advisor within the Human Resources team to
facilitate the implementation of the Talent Pipeline and embed
within the organisation.
Reasons for the decision
Exempt under paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule
12A Local Government Act 1972.
Alternative options considered
Other options for the structure have been
explored but these options are the most effective and will enable
the successful delivery of the Talent Pipeline.
