To extend the existing Facilities Management
Contract with Phosters FM ltd for a further 2 years up to 19th
March 2025.

Reasons for the decision

Exempt in accordance with paragraphs 3 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

Alternative options considered

Retendering has been considered however any
financial gains are considered to be minimal and a significant
amount of officer time and upheaval would be encountered to enable
a move to an alternative FM provider.
