To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for a Remembrance
Day procession on Sunday 9th November 2025 from 10:30-11:00am from
St. John the Evangelist’s Church, Main Road, Ridgeway to the
Ridgeway Memorial Garden, Main Road, Ridgeway.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the Eckington Parish Council to hold
a Parade as part of their Remembrance Day Event.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
