To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. The road to be
closed are Church Lane and Higham Lane, Morton on Saturday 22nd
November 2025 from 12noon till 11:59pm.

Reasons for the decision

To enable Morton Parish Council to hold a
Christmas Market safely

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place.
