To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for a Remembrance
Day procession on Sunday 9th November 2025 from 2:15pm to 3:00pm
from Sheepcote Road along High Street, Kirkcroft Lane, and Church
Lane, Killamarsh.

Reasons for the decision

To enable Killamarsh Parish Council to hold a
Remembrance Day Parade.

Alternative options considered

There are no other locations available for
this event and it will not go ahead without the Road
Closure.
