To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for Springfield Road
and the B6051 - Millcross Lane, Barlow, on Saturday 19th August
2023 from 12:15pm to 2:00pm for a parade.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the Barlow Carnival Committee to
hold a Parade as part of their Carnival.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
