To grant a licence which will have the effect
of temporarily closing the Long Stay part of the “Killamarsh
Active” Car Park, Killamarsh, (as per attached plan) –
from 8am-5pm on Saturday 15th July 2023 for use by Killamarsh
Parish Council.

Reasons for the decision

To enable Killamarsh Parish Council to hold a
Summer Fete Event with stalls and rides.

Alternative options considered

There are no other locations available for
this event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Partial
Car Park Closure being in place.
