Approval is granted to award Lanes Group Plc.
the contract for the provision of the Drain Clearing Service for
the period from the 1st June 2023 to the 31st May 2024 at the rates
set out in the tender, reference: NEDDC/LC/007/2023

Lanes Group Plc. are recommended to be awarded the contract as the
most economically advantageous tender as required by the
Council’s Constitution PART 4 SECTION 10.1.
