To make a Temporary Road Closure Order under
Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for Thursday 20th
July 2023, from 7:00pm to 7:40pm and then 7:55pm till 9:00pm on
Station Road and Hardstoft Road, Pilsley.

Reasons for the decision

To enable The Hardwick Hall Road Race
Committee to hold their annual Road Race.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for this
event and it will not go ahead without the Temporary Road Closure
being in place
