Purpose

DFG Framework Contract which delivers DFG’s through the District which includes East Lindsey, West Lindsey, North Kesteven, Boston Borough, South Kesteven, City of Lincoln and North Lincolnshire, ends on 31st March 2027. There is no option within the formal Contact to extend this Contract any further. Due to LGR, Procurement Lincolnshire have proposed a further one-year extension until 31st March 2028. Approval is sought to Exec Board for this further extension and will need to be considered by NKDC Scrutiny Panel.
