Purpose

To consider trial of software to aid automation of notes etc, within Housing Options

Decision

That approval is given for the following:

1. To approve North Kesteven District Council's participation in a time-limited pilot of Beam Notes and Beam Interpret, supplied by Beam Up Ltd.
2. To approve expenditure of £7,500 for the three-month pilot period, to be funded via a drawdown from the ‘Housing Services’ reserve.
