To consider further to Decision HPCS 26/32 made on 09/06/2026, to extend trial of D&M devices up to 1000

Decision

That approval is given for the following:

1. To enter into agreement for Wave 2 of the 100% grant funded Pilot installation of damp and mould monitoring equipment up to 750 additional Council owned homes.
2. To explore feasibility of options beyond the initial 2 year pilot period.
