Purpose

This Contract expires on 31st August 2026, we would like authority to extend this Contract for a further 2 years.

Decision

That approval is given to extend the current Right to Buy Valuations Contract with CWH Surveyors LLP for a further two-year period until 31st August 2028, within parameters of existing contract and Council’s Constitution.
