Purpose

To approve the drawdown of £41000 from the renewals reserve as match funding towards the National Lottery Heritage Fund Application for Sleaford Conservation area

Decision

That approval is given for the following:

·  The in principle match funding for a bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for a Sleaford Town Centre Regeneration Project - Development Phase.  The funding requested is £41,297.00. This represents an 80/20 split between lottery funding and NKDC matched funding, with the NKDC requested amount 20% of the project costs.

·  To fund the above procurement through the Renewals Reserve.
