Purpose

Report to authorise funding of a replacement vehicle for Wellbeing Lincs. The vehicle needs to be bigger than the current one to ensure work can be completed in line with KPI. The vehicle is now 8 years old and over 113000 miles. I am requesting £34,500 to purchase 2nd van and get the vans sign written

Decision

That approval is given for:

1. )  The drawdown of £35,000 from the ringfenced Wellbeing Lincs funds, held within the Housing Services Reserve.
2. )  Procurement of a new van up the value of £35,000 to replace the aging and smaller Renault Kangoo Van currently in service.
3. )  Disposal of the current Renault Kangoo van (FV18LJU).
